In our Banknote Sale 3-4 March we sold a One Pound note with a very rare feature: A serial number of exactly 1000000 (1 million). This is the sort of detail that banknote collectors are on the lookout for. Ordinarily a 'Page' Pound note is of modest value, but this one sold for £900 ! (£1111 including premium)
