POCKET WATCHES
Jude Machan
Watches & Jewellery
Pocket watches and accessories have grown in popularity in recent years, and not just because their often precious-metal cases have grown in bullion value. Restoring pocket watches is a great learning exercise for watch-repairers.
Pocket watches often turn up on our travels, since people inherit them and bring them along to our valuation roadshows. Gold cased watches and chains have an obvious intrinsic value, but we also have experience in the better makers and movements that can be revealed. Famous brands have made pocket watches in the past such as Rolex and Omega. Our specialism in militaria also enables us to find keen buyers for military watches.
