Visiting us

Our auction house is open to the public Monday to Friday 9.30am - 4.30pm. Situated on the outskirts of Ipswich, we are conveniently located just off the A12. There is plentiful free parking available directly next to the premises.

Valuations & consignments

Valuations, drop-offs and consignments at our main premises are strictly by appointment.

We offer a walk-in valuation service at our main premises every first Monday of the month (excluding Bank Holidays) 10am - 2pm where no appointment is necessary.

Viewing

An appointment is not required to view lots. Viewing dates will be available to browse online with the auction catalogue when published. Although viewing usually starts the Wednesday prior to an auction this can differ, please get in touch for more info.

Lot collection

You are welcome to collect the lots you have won at any time during our opening hours. We recommend calling ahead of your arrival so that we can prepare your items and paperwork ready for collection. If you need help with multiple or heavy items our staff will be happy to help carry your items to your vehicle.​ Accepted payment methods are BACS, debit card or cash. Please ensure you check your items before leaving, as we cannot accept fault found once the item has left the premises.

Bidding in person

We are proud to be one of the few remaining auction houses who continue to open their doors to all those who wish to bid 'in the room' on auction days. Just turn up on the day and register.
