Getting a valuation
Getting a valuation with us is simple. Visit us at one of our nationwide walk-in Valuation Day events or if you're local, our first Monday of the month Valuation Day event at our main premises. We offer valuations by appointment and home visits, subject to prior consultation with one of our experts.
Appointments at our main office
Use the contact form on our website or email us directly with a brief description and a few high quality images of your items for valuation. This will help us to evaluate whether it’s something that can be directly assessed via email, or whether it’s in your interest to arrange an appointment with us. We will then give you a call to find a suitable time to come to our main premises for a valuation appointment.
Valuation Days
Nationwide
We conduct numerous Valuation Day 'roadshow' events across the country almost every week of the year. Our roadshow team travel to designated venues where you can simply turn up on the day, no appointment or pre-registration necessary.
Local
Every first Monday of the month we hold a walk-in Valuation Day event at our main premises in Martlesham Heath from 10am to 2pm. No appointment necessary. Free parking is available directly by the premises. Excludes Bank Holidays.
Home visits
If you have an extensive collection, too many large items to carry or are looking to organise a house clearance, then a home visit might be a good option. Please contact us to speak with one of our experts to explore your options.
