Condition Report

Condition Reports

We strongly advise any potential bidder to gain as much information as much information as possible on a lot before placing a bid. The best way is to come along during our viewing week and spend a bit of time inspecting any items you may be considering. Our viewing assistants will be on-hand to help and advise and answer any questions. However, if you are unable to view a lot in person you may request a condition report plus some additional images. Though we are happy to conduct a condition report over the phone, we recommend that condition reports be requested via email to avoid any possible confusion over what may or may not have been said.

At least one general image of each lot will be viewable on our online catalogues. Some illustrations are more detailed than others. If an image does not contain sufficient detail, please feel free to request further information with extra photos. Bear in mind that some very large lots may not be possible to express sufficiently via telephone or email, and may be better viewed in person - particularly those labelled 'Buyer Collects'.

Please keep in mind that we receive hundreds of requests for additional information prior to an auction and whilst our team work hard to reply to all enquiries as promptly as they can, please be patient, as it may be a day or two before you hear anything back. Rest assured that you will receive a response in due course and with enough time to decide prior to auction.
