VALUATIONS by appointment

  • Our valuation roadshows will be back as soon as government guidelines allow.  

  • Home visit valuations by appointment can be arranged. Please call our offices.

 AUCTION CONSIGNMENTS

  • We continue to welcome auction consignments which will need to be arranged either by post, house collection or drop-off.

  • Business associates and dealers may continue to arrange meetings and consultations.

LOT COLLECTION by appointment.

  • Collection appointments will be allocated in 15 minute slots so please be on time.

  • If you miss your time-slot you will be asked to wait in the car park until the next free slot becomes available.

  • To enable smooth running please call us (if possible) upon arrival from your mobile phone.

  • Payments via BACS transfer or phone prior to arrival is preferable as you will not be permitted to enter the building. If you need to make alternative payment arrangements please let us know beforehand.

  • If you need help, our staff will carry your items to your vehicle.

  • Collections will not be possible during our auction days. 

  • Appointments may be made by phone or email.

LOT DROP-OFF by appointment.

  • Drop-off appointments will be allocated in 30 minute slots so please be on time.

  • If you miss your time-slot you will be asked to wait in the car park until the next free slot becomes available

  • To enable smooth running please call us (if possible) upon arrival from your mobile phone.

  • Only one person permitted per appointment

  • If you need help, our staff will carry your items from your vehicle.

  • Please ensure you are wearing a face covering.

  • Bookings may be made by phone or email.

Please call or email for any extra information you require. Our hard working staff are doing everything they can to be as supportive and helpful as possible and we thank you all for your loyalty and patience.

 

ONLINE AUCTIONS

To ensure the safety of our staff and customers, other than the services mentioned above, our auction days will remain closed to the public until further notice. It will not be possible to attend in person on these days.

Bidding will take place entirely online, or by postal/commission bids, or via telephone.

These measures will stay in place until the current events have passed. We look forward to doing continued business with you all and thank you all for your consideration at this time.

We want to reassure those of you who will be bidding online for the first time that once you have registered, you will discover how easy and convenient remote/online bidding is. Although both auction platforms will incur charges, the best value by far is the fixed £3 up-front fee for bidding online via EasyLive.

Please don't worry if you feel you are unable to make use of the online bidding platform, we have ensured that plenty of telephone lines will be available on auction days for our regular customers.  Please get in touch to book a phone line as soon as possible.  Otherwise you may of course leave commission bids with us directly by phone or email.
